Warranty and after-sales service of hperbaric chamber

We will provide a 1-year free warranty and lifelong service.

Within 1 year, any problem, you just need to take photos and videos, and we will guide you on how to fix it, if need new replacement parts, will send you by courier for free.

After 1 year, we will provide service too, just the spare parts not free.

If some hyperbaric chamber parts break and need to be changed, where should I get them? Do I need to pay?

If some parts break, we will send new new one to you. if it is in warranty, we will give them for free. if out of warranty, you need to pay for them

What should I do if the hyperbaric chamber's warranty period has expired?

We provide a 1-year warranty and lifetime service. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions. However, if you need to replace the parts after the warranty period, you will need to pay for the parts and shipping costs.

what's the maintenance for the hyperbaric chamber?

For the chamber, we suggest adding the cover, so it can protect the exterior;

And for internal, you can use a deodorizing and antibacterial spray, or alcohol to wipe it and let it dry;

For the concentrator, you just need to change filters in time

There are 2 filters back of the machine, it is first filter and the HEPA filter

For the first filter,  It is recommended to wash it once a week in warm water and soap. Be sure to thoroughly dry the filter before replacing it. And suggest changing it every 6 months.

For the HEPA filter, can not be cleaned by water, suggest changing it every 3000 hours.

When we make the delivery, each machine will come with 1pc extra first filters and 1pc of extra HEPA filter for replacement.

How to clean the hyperbaric chambers?

For the hard chamber, there is a UV disinfection function included;

For the soft chamber, after using a deodorizing and antibacterial spray, or after diluting it twice with alcohol, wipe it and let it dry, set the machine to run for 20 minutes.
